Ben was born and raised on the Central Coast and grew up playing and being involved in sport. After high school, Ben completed a Bachelor of Heath Science and Exercise at The Australian College of Physical Education in 2019, with the intention to go on to further study into Physiotherapy, taking him to Charles Sturt University at Port Macquarie to where he completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2025. Ben has also had lots of hands-on experience during his time studying, gaining a Level 2 Sports Trainer Accreditation through Sports Medicine Australia allowing him to work as a sports trainer for the Terrigal Sharks Rugby League Club, Gosford Kariong Rugby Club, Eastwood Rugby Club and Shore Boys School. Ben has also represented NSW and NSW Country in rugby union, as well Eastwood Rugby in Sydney’s Shute Shield Competition.
Ben has a passion for sport and sport’s injuries and knows exactly what his patient’s go through after recovering from ankle surgery in 2016, as well as undertaking rehab of his own ACL injury in 2025. Ben loves the breadth and diversity of his role as a physiotherapist and is eager to help whoever is eager to move and feel better and get back to what they love doing most. Outside of work, Ben loves hanging out with his wife Beth and cheeky son Henry, as well as playing golf, watching his beloved Wallabies and spending time with family and friends.
